On this page I'll show you my previous fruit and vegetable carving.Some of them, I did for wedding ceremony and some of them are the pattern that i'll teach for my carving class.Hope you can enjoy it.....
 
Besides that, I would like to share my experience in handling fruit carving on the top of the highest mountain in the Southeast Asia, Gunung Kinabalu.. huh..it is very tough. We did training mentally and physically for 3 months as preparation..At last, I can make it

These types of pattern suit to display with fresh flowers and fern leaves at the centre of buffet line or wedding dining table.

This flower made of papaya named Bunga Cik Memon, my favorite pattern. Cik Memon is my mom la!

This kind of pattern, need me to carve about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Futhermore, the smaller petal is more difficult compare to the big one..So it need patient.
